The company celotec GmbH & Co. KG is a producer of high-quality painted surfaces on foil products. It is a spin-off of VEKA AG, the world market leader for PVC profiles for window construction and part of the Laumann Group.

The idea of the company was to develop an own surface for window and door profiles. The new developed decorative film for outdoor use "spectral ultramatt" has been on the market since end of 2016 – laminated on PVC window profiles as VEKA SPECTRAL.

At the same time planning and construction of a new plant and a film coating line was started. Since the end of 2018, the previously externally coated film has been produced in its own factory in Sendenhorst. The film is now also sold outside VEKA for components such as doors, gates and facades. Furthermore, other decorative film products for the interior and exterior construction market are in the development phase.
